How to get started:
It’s as simple as making a phone call. Our professional representative will
visit your property, take up to 10 interior and exterior photos, gather your
properties information and put it all together in an effective web
listing. All you need to do is fill out a simple the required property spec sheet.
Once we have all the required information (spec sheet, pictures, contract & payment)
your property will be listed on MidwestHomeSellers.com. You may view the details of our
contract before we visit.
We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have at the time of your appointment.

Speedy Service:
The fastest way for you to get your property listed on MidwestHomeSellers.com is to
email your pictures and spec sheet to
MidwestHomeSellers@mchsi.com.
You will also need to mail your signed contract along with payment. We will provide the
mailing address upon receipt of your email.
For “same week” service, simply provide your completed spec sheet and complete payment
for the package of your choice by noon on Wednesday and your listing will be live on our
site by Saturday of the same week. Our Wednesday deadline allows us adequate time to verify
all information is correct and to display your web listing properly.
For current customers, we ask you have updates to us by Wednesday to ensure we have time to make
changes by the weekend. If you submit changes to us after Wednesday, we will not guarantee the updates
will get completed by the weekend.
